Contacts and submission route finder

Last updated:

Choose the type of matter before sending information. A manufacturer’s mandatory report, voluntary vulnerability disclosure, product non-compliance concern, legal remedy and media question are separate submissions.

Where to go

Mandatory CRA reporting

First check whether you have a reporting duty, then follow the CRA submission guidance. The correct channel depends on the occurrence type and JISKB access; start with the SK-CERT route page.

Vulnerability or cybersecurity incident

SK-CERT directs vulnerabilities, including CRA-related vulnerabilities, to the NBÚ CVD portal. For an incident, use the SK-CERT reporting route page; choose JISKB sign-in or the public incident form according to whether you have assigned access. Send sensitive technical data only by the method stated in the relevant service.

Possible CRA product non-compliance

See what information and evidence to prepare. This website does not currently list a verified electronic intake channel, so confirm the appropriate delivery method through NBÚ’s general details without sending sensitive attachments.

Appeal or complaint

Distinguish an appeal, judicial review and a complaint. For a decision, always follow the remedy instructions included in that decision.
