ENISA provides technical resources for CRA reporting. Always check that you are using the latest version before acting on operational instructions.
National route selection and the CRA Single Reporting Platform
- SK-CERT reporting route page – distinguishes JISKB access from public incident reporting; the more detailed Slovak page also lists threat, near-miss and vulnerability routes.
- CRA Single Reporting Platform (SRP) – ENISA’s official information and the future direct platform entry point.
- CRA SRP FAQs – platform purpose, user roles, planned functions and operational answers.
- Assigned Representative user-registration guidance.
- Notification submission and update guidance.
Status on 11 September 2026: ENISA’s direct SRP is operational. JISKB is Slovakia’s preferred route, but select the correct national entry point through SK-CERT. Direct SRP submissions are also received and processed under the EU rules; check current availability on ENISA’s status page.
Information to prepare
- manufacturer or open-source software steward identity and the authorised user,
- product, affected versions and vulnerability or incident identification,
- a timeline of discovery, exploitation and mitigation,
- information required for the early notification and subsequent updates.
ENISA supporting material does not replace the CRA or binding Commission acts. Use only a route expressly designated by the competent authority for general security concerns or voluntary notifications.
