The Cyber Resilience Act requires the Commission to specify the technical descriptions of the categories of important and critical products with digital elements listed in Annexes III and IV.
Such products with digital elements may be subject to stricter conformity assessment procedures, as set out in Article 32.
Stakeholders were therefore invited to contribute and submit feedback by 15 April 2025.
Use of the attached template was recommended to facilitate consolidation of the feedback.
